We may collect the following personal information:

• Payment information (processed by third-party providers)
• Booking history and membership status
• Basic health declarations (if required for safety)
• IP address and device data (when using our website)
• If you arrive at our website from one of our Google ads: the ad click identifier assigned by Google
• How you use our website (pages visited, clicks and scrolling), collected through cookies and analytics tools

We do not collect sensitive medical records or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Manage bookings and memberships
• Process payments
• Communicate with you about your visits

• Improve our services and customer experience
• Measure how well our online ads work, including when a booking that started from an ad is paid online or in person

3. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers. Sauna Space does not store your credit or debit card details on its systems.

4. Data Storage & Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and alteration or disclosure.

Only authorised personnel have access to personal information.

5. Sharing of Information

We share your data only with providers that help us run Sauna Space, and only for these purposes:

• Payment providers (Bold), to process payments
• Booking, hosting and database providers (Google Cloud and Supabase), to run our website and bookings
• Email providers (Resend and Klaviyo), to send booking confirmations, reminders and news
• Google Ads, to measure the results of our ads. When a booking that came from one of our ads is paid, we send Google the ad click identifier, the booking reference, the amount and the date. We also send your email address and phone number, encrypted (hashed) before they leave our systems, so Google can match the sale to an ad. Google uses them only to measure ads. We do not send your name for this purpose.
• Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use our website and improve it
• Legal or regulatory authorities, when required by law

Some of these providers store data outside Colombia. They process it only on our behalf and under their own data protection terms.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not allow third parties to use it for their own marketing.

6. Your Rights (Habeas Data)

Under Colombian law, you have the right to:

• Access, update, or correct your information
• Request deletion of your data
