Before entering the sauna and cold plunge circuit, we invite you to join a yoga session designed to prepare the body and nervous system for a more conscious, profound, and safe experience. During the practice, you will develop a deeper awareness of your body’s movement — both physical and energetic — creating a space of presence to close the day while cultivating a habit of care, attention, and calm. This sequence is not intended only for relaxation; it is a practice of regulation and integration between your inner and outer world, allowing your breath, perception, and energy to find a steadier rhythm to support your week with greater balance. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and full awareness, you will help mobilize your joints, release accumulated tension, and awaken the musculoskeletal system before exposing yourself to thermal contrast. You will also strengthen your ability to adapt to heat and cold, encouraging a more harmonious response from the nervous system.
