Bake + Breath

breathe and bake is a dual breathwork, sauna and ice bath experience. First we move through a transformative psychedelic breath to release, expand and create more presence. Our next session is done in the sauna with a more calming, presencing breath in which we turn up the heat as a catalyst and the breath to go deeper within to resolve any unconscious fears that might arise from the heat. Think Temescal meats conscious breathing. We then immerse in the ice using nervous system regulation techniques to make peace with the freezing tmeperatiures of the ice-cold water. The journey is transformative, rejuvenating, and leaves you feeling more relaxed, present, and alive.
